I've used two brands of spark plugs and distributor looks fine.
Now I have relocated a ground wire also to the engine block
and again some small inprovement, now it wants to run for a few seconds but stubbeling up and down.
I think it will be a ground problem, tomorrow I'l try to hook up some more ground at pin 15 to 19

I have a ground point on the intake manyfold from the Original efi system, that is where I'm grounding the MS ecu,
would it be ok to place one from that point direct to the battery negative side?
Now there is a ground from gearbox to body and body to battery.

Look at the RPM trace in your log. Actual engine speed can't change like that. So looks to me like you have a problem with your tach signal.

I asume when it is loosing sync on the vr sensor this results in a erratic rpm signal like mine

grounding the engine point to battery doesn't work.

More likely to be a problem with your sensor, wiring, or settings on the VR input.

This is a log with the coil disconnected, plugs in the engine for load on tartermotor
and fuelpump + injectors (PWM low Z) powerd up.
2016-09-15_NoIGN.csv
Then I placed a direct wire from battery to coil and again the engine wants to run longer but not steady.

Unbelieveble putting back the MS1 chip and she runs immediately,

Come to think of it I dit not bolt the MS3 card down only pluged it on top of the V3.0 board.

Do the screw holes in the print ground to the heatsink on the V3.0 board?

What could be the difference between the MS1 and MS3 chip, the tooth log in MS 1 looks perfect and in MS3 loosing sync?

If the VR conditioner is on the V3.0 board and works fine with MS1 schouln'd it be OK for MS3 also?

I here from other people that the MS 3 is mutch more sensitive to noise and VR sensor problems
Maybe there is need for a better VR sensor circuit on a separate print and bring the final signal to
the processor.

The 'problem' isn't that MS2 and MS3 are more sensitive than MS1, the problem is that MS1 is too dumb to even notice.

If I would keep this one on MS 1 and buy a second B&G main board, Is the V3.57 better or exactly the same ?

There isn't much difference. One resistor on the V3.0 is 10K while the V3.57 has a 1K resistor there; this can be changed with an inline resistor.

Is the JB perf VR board a solution for a better signal?

There are many thousands of V3 boards with the VR input in use. Yours may have a fault, of course.

For some people, it is. But there is no guarantee because that depends on what exactly is your issue and that's almost impossible to say remotely over the forum. Note than the circuit used on my dual VR board is the same as the one used for the latest Microsquirt and the MS3Pro.

For now it runs on MS 1, in the winter months I'll buy a V3.57 board and hop to get a better result.
I'll set up the VR sensor and wheel on the bench that will be used in the car.

Is the MS3pro conditioner more advanced?

The MS3-Pro uses a MAX9926 and gets rid of the trim pots. Completely different from the V3.0 / V3.57 VR conditioner.
