Startup Tuning

Hi everybody,

I've been trying since the summer to get my startup tuned to no avail. I've leaned it out and enriched it but it never starts without giving it some gas. The fuel map is pretty solid it idles perfectly stoich (well.. 13.7) when it's warmed up. What settings should I focus on editing to get this tuned? I can attach a datalog but the O2 sensor doesnt kick on until after a few seconds of running so I don't know what use it will be.

Data log please, there is a lot more in there than just the O2 reading.
