some problems inj. and boost duty (Launch)

Post by franksidebike »

Hallo
I have some Problems with my Injection and Boost Duty in Launch!
1. The Injectors fire not correct when I Switch too "Batch Fire During Crank"!
In my Video you can see: Power On> Cranking (in Batch Fire at 6sec.)> Run all Inj. Fire at the same Time (at 9sec.-14sec.)>Normal Sequi. injection!
This is only when "Batch Fire During Crank" On!
Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-K_ZPB ... e=youtu.be
Log:
inj.msl
2.Boost duty works not when Launch is on! See here http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic ... ch#p450889
When the boost (map) goes over the Launch boost target the boost duty goes never under 71%!

.msq:

The log and .msq is from 1.4.0

The tune file has the cranking speed set to 400 RPM, but the log shows it cranking at 500 RPM. The ECU thinks the engine is running, not cranking, and has switched to sequential operation.

I presume the boost duty log was generated on a Stimulator. I see that you are using closed loop boost, but with zero sensitivity; that may produce very little change in boost duty.

New Video's, Log's and .msq!
And yes all on Stim!

1. The "Cranking Problem"
The Cranking Speed is that to 200rpm! The Problem is only when "Batch Fire During Cranking" is on!
You can see in the Video: by 2sec. Power On, by 9sec. Cranking (155rpm and Batch Fire), by 22sec. Running (484rpm and Batch Fire not Sequential) and by 28sec. MS goes in Sequential!!!

2. The Boost Duty in Launch Problem
I set the Sensytiv Slider over 400! My Launch Boost Target is 130kpa!
The Boost Duty goes never under 69%!
