ms3x ls coil issue

I'm running a MS3x with the 3.57 board on a 5.3 ls deal. I got it used from a guy on Ls1 tech came with Ls harness etc. I noticed I was having a misfire issue with cylinder #3 coil (ms3x wire H ) its full seq with coil on plug. I did some testing and the coil is good ( moved it to another spot fired etc) buddy of mine who has a lot more experience than I do with this stuff had me try some things and we kinda figured likely the expansion board. I ordered the expansion board and am getting the same results with new board. I'm using stock ls truck coils. When testing pin C the logic ign signal from the MS3X I'm getting 4.8 volts all the time to only that coil even when not testing( coil H the non working spot ) the rest have zero volts. Using test mode all the other coils fire like they should. Being as this was bought used that's likely the reason the guy sold it although he said it worked fine. Any ideas what else it could be. Or what else to test. Thanks

You could send the MS3 and/or MS3X to someone for testing and repair. Try Peter Florance.
