MS2 to MS3 no RPM

Hello Everyone,
The problem is that I cannot seem to get an RPM signal with MS3 when I can with MS2. The MS3 is brand new(been running MS2 for 3 years) , my battery is fully charged and nothing in my hardware has been changed (other than the new MS3).
I thought I had done a good job of digging through and updating all the tuner studio settings but I can't think of any other reason for the no start. I've attached both my tune and some tooth/composite logs. I am hesitant to mess with my VR pots due to their current configuration working on MS2.
My questions are,
Does the noise filtering (under ignition tab) work during cranking as well as normal running?

It appears my setup is a bit noisy. Why would MS3 be more sensitive to system noise than MS2 is?

Can anyone offer any troubleshooting advice or see anything I've overlooked or should be looking deeper into? I'm all ears.

My setup,
MS2/MS3 on a 3.57 board
240sx - KA24de engine
DIY autotune CAS 12-1 wheel
basic distributor/batch fire setup

The log looks like it SHOULD have RPM. Can you also post a regular data log of an attempted start?
