Loop 1,2 and 3 as condition in output port

Struggling to find the answer in the manuals:

Say that would want to use the status of loop 3 as a trigger for an output port, how would that look like:

Loop AND treshold 3.0 hyst 1.0 ?

Does anybody know?

The loop values are shown here:

You need to use a bitwise AND operation.
