a quick MS3 to MS3X question

I am currently converting my audi 5cyl from MS3 batch/single coil to MS3X sequential/COP and I'm unsure on one thing. Is it required that I remove my pullup hall effect cam sensor input circuit and switch to the cam input on the expansion card? or can I leave that alone? I don't care either way I just couldn't find anything about this. Everything else on the conversion seems straight forward enough.

How about the bip373 and the igbtin jumper? Can those stay put or do I need to remove them?

It depends on where it is connected. Most likely safe to leave that alone too.

OK cool. It's currently IGBTIN with a pullup to the right side of R26 if that makes a difference.

I sure appreciate the help. I should have just started with the expansion for this particular project.
