closed loop fuel pump control

When using closed loop fuel pump control with a fuel pump pwm control unit (essentially dead head unit) and an absolute fuel pressure sensor : does ms take the vacuum into account to calculate the exact delta fuel pressure ?

From the 'Fuel Pump Mode' tooltip:
Closed-Loop PWM monitors actual rail pressure and adjusts the duty cycle output to the pump controller to maintain a set differential pressure.
So ... yes.
