Miata idle help. First start after install.

So I have installed a DIY ms3x. I have a tune for it that was sent to me by Brianeack on the miataturbo.net forums. He has been a great help in getting my car tuned, but I was hoping to find additional support here.

I need to get the car to idle to check base timing. Currently it is starting, sputtering, then dying. I am at 6200ft elevation as well. I have the AIT sensor, and a catback exhaust on the car. I have uploaded a datalog. Braineack had said to adjust the req fuel to try and get it to start, I am unfamiliar with where this would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
