Are you asking a question or asking us to take guesses at what you did?

I know that's kind of funny but I guess I'm just asking for any help with just looking at my tunerstudio. On my mxq I have "x" through all my gauge cluster and at the top where it normally would say general settings advanced settings ignition settings it says can EGT

Yes, that's a tune file from a CANEGT - is that not what you want?

What device is your computer serial plugged in to?

Perhaps you've messed up your Project -> Project Properties -> CAN devices and told TunerStudio to talk to the CANEGT only?
Main controller CAN ID must be set to 0 (zero) for the main ECU.

So I got a few things (afr, coolant temp, tps) working. No rpm when cranking and map says 3.8-4.0 it should say 99-100

more good news rpm is working now but map is still not reading. i used a blow gun and pushed a little air into it. now there was a time about 5 weeks ago i had a fuel regulator failed and squirted methanol into the sensing line that goes to the map sensor and some of that made it to the map sensor. will methanol ruin the map?

Hmm... I opened the MSQ the OP posted and tried changing a few things to get back to a "normal" TS screen/menus. No joy. The next time I tried to use TS, I got only a blank screen! Just TS title bar across the top and nothing else... plus no way to exit TS, had to power-down the computer. I'll try doing a new download of TS to refresh it.

racerron,
You aren't providing enough clear information for people to help you. I don't even know what you are asking.

First you uploaded a CANEGT tune file, now you are saying the engine settings are wrong? Makes no sense to me at all.

Perhaps post some screenshots of what you are seeing or take a video to explain it.

billr,
How/what??
I loaded that tune into TunerStudio just fine and saw that it was a tune for the CANEGT. TunerStudio didn't implode at that point...
If you are genuinely seeing problems, please start a new topic in the TunerStudio sub-forum explaining exactly the steps you took and what your current symptoms are.

Yes, if reloading TS doesn't cure mine I'll start a new thread. The OP's first MSQ opened fine (with the CAN screen), but all after that have been blank. I'll try to define better (in new thread) if the reload doesn't work out.

I would expect that reloading TS will have no effect. Anything you've done is in your Project setup files which aren't touched on a reload.
i.e. programs --> Program Files
project settings --> Documents/TunerStudioProjects

Maybe, but I don't have anything to work with, no "options" or anything. Please see my new thread in the TS forum.
