What firmware are you using? Not sure what it is, but I tried using a development version and had melted a coil and couldn't get coil output. However, rolling back to the latest stable release fixed my issue. Did the same thing where I sent the ECM in and all they did was change firmware (that price will cover the JimStim cost.)
What firmwares have you tried? Maybe even try a new tune with just enough settings to get an accurate crank signal.
