On the 1.4.x firmware are boost targets absolute (kPa) or percentage of absolute barometric pressure?
If percentages, how are they calculated from MAP if there is no barometric pressure sensor?
I did have a look through the docs but couldn't find anything to clear this up either way.

They are absolute kPa.
