12-2 cam mounted trigger wheel odd fire settings

ms3 pro-45 degree odd fire two teeth missing i have the first trigger at three teeth after the missing teeth if this was a crank wheel i believe the setting would be 150? so on this set up do i divide by two or double the number?? the same with the second trigger for the odd fire ?? i'm confused on this and hope you can correct me if i'm wrong

The settings are always in crankshaft degrees.
