MS3, 6 injectors, 4 wire iac

I am thinking of the ms3 board for my ms2 I've run for a long time. Since my strait 6 cylinder 1jz Toyota was originally set up not using the cam trigger sensors a tooth was cut off of the 12 tooth crank trigger to run wasted spark and batch firing 3 inj each bank. I want to run some large high imp injectors sequentially yet still utilize wasted spark coil setup.
Is it possible to do this while leaving in the cut tooth wheel, adding a cam sensor, and still use the 4 wire stock Toyota iac with the ms3 cpu board?
