LS PNP Harness first generation Bluetooth ?
So I have one of the first LS PNP harnesses (Lot 53807) and I have a cable RS232 that come from the newer generation of PNP LS harnesses. ( Long Story) Anyway I can connect to the blue tooth but not to the ECU. I noticed the wiring colors are different from the ECU and was wondering if I have to change the pins in the cable that connects to the Bluetooth ? If so what pins do I have to change?

A few very early harnesses had the RS232 connector pinned wrong. What's the revision code on this one?

In that case, switch pins "B" and "D" on the harness side of the connector.

Matt,
So I switched B and D as per your suggestion and then there was no power to the Bluetooth. By doing this we noticed that B which is a 5 volt ref. was then moved to the TX transmitted data. Did you mean I should swap out C and D which be swapping RX to TX and TX to RX?

The "TX" and "RX" cross over between the MS3Pro and the DB9; you also need to make sure you have the ground on DB9 pin 5 and the 5V on DB9 pin 9.
