Trying to tune this LS3. I've been able to get it running and driving pretty good except that whenever I try and nail the throttle to go WOT it just shuts down. car noses over like someone turned the key off. when i release the throttle and it comes back to life i get a pop and then car will continue driving. i've been able to bring the car steadily up to 6500rpms under 60% throttle without issues. but i'm stumped on what could actually be the cause.
Things i've noticed....
Battery Voltage Drops whenever the rpms start to rise and the dwell rises.
Issue only occurs over 60% throttle. numerous times above 80% throttle
Could the TPS be backfeeding the ecu in anyway to cause this issue? i have had times where the TPS stops working and then starts working again.
Any input would be great. i went through and turned off all the safety systems that i could think of that would be causing this too.

about the only thing i see pop out at me is accel enrichment is way too agressive.
