Over run exhaust burble/noise.

How does one go about adding a nice "engine braking crackle/burble" to the exhaust? I originally had over run cut off on, to stop some pops/bangs while at low speeds/loads in parking lots. but getting the tune dialed in helped solve that. so now id just like engine breaking and some nice noise. less advance and more fuel?
