3 Step pinout

3 Step pinout
I know this has been addressed a million times, but where does the pin for the 3 step go? It is ground like the two step as well correct?

Any input needs to have a ground signal to activate. Although I do believe there is one pin that's a 12v in for an input. Atleast on my MS3-Pro there's only one.
