project running but fuel tables are massive

Re: project running but fuel tables are massive
please see the other half of this post on the end of page 2
this is back on the ms3
look how the inj are nearly maxed out at 9400-9500 rpm at 11% throttle, 13.5:1 afr and 74 kpa.... these inj fueled 10 psi boost wot to 13000 rpm with my oem ecu at a much richer afr
ill also say the bike sounds the best when running sequential with the ms3. its rough on main board inj outputs with ms3 and ms2. it sounded great revving at 9400 rpm where the afr was good. obviously stuttery in the areas that need fueling adjustments

You have lost sync errors, voltage issues and it appears the wideband is dropping off line.

on the ms3 log the only sync loss was during cranking, none during run and it takes the o2 a bit to turn on after the motor is started as it has to heat up. battery voltage is obviously low right after cranking, but is over 13v in a few seconds of running and stays that way for the log. i dont see the issue with voltage or the o2. please explain

Re: project running but fuel tables are massive
I think I was looking at a log named "trying to run 2.msl"
Re: project running but fuel tables are massive
on the ms2 trying to run 2 log, the sync loss is during cranking, not running. afr drops off as it takes a few seconds to turn on after the bike is running. it will drop off if the bike stalls and the fuel pump relay shuts off, then takes a bit to turn or or go through its warm up again. voltage is low, but it is coming up the longer it runs. it drops badly when the starter motor is engaged. it didnt stay running long enough to come up to proper voltage.
very frustrating

Re: project running but fuel tables are massive
ok, batteries full charge. back to running gasoline. ms3 in speed density only. my inj are still acting tiny when i know they are not. the oem size is about 320-330cc, mine are more than double that, but not behaving so with the ms3.

Re: project running but fuel tables are massive
FINALLY FOUND THE d*** PROBLEM
this was checked. i put it back to default and its doing what i thought it should
now its behaving like it should. the oem ecu and pc3 showed me 24%dc at 10600 rpm on gas, i think when the tune is better this will be right about there. now i can fully commit to getting rid of everything oem and focus on cleaning up the wiring and getting it tuned on the dyno.

From the MSQ name, I'm guessing that the customer had enabled the special setting of "4X pulsewidth" which you really don't want to do.
