Any Known Injector test mode issues?

Anyone having issues with injector "A" NOT firing while in test mode, but yet it flashes the stim LED just fine when not in test mode?
I'm bench testing and can't get injector "A" to fire. The other 7 injectors and 8 coils fire just fine. Should I search for hardware problems, or should I just try to start the car.

I just tried re-loading the firmware to see if it might help, but the problem is still there.
Injector A fires when given an RPM signal on the stim, but not firing when using test mode. Here is my MSQ.
perhaps I have forgotten something during assembly when upgrading from MS2?

Here is a datalog of test firing injector A. not sure if the log captured anything or not, but you can see the injection gauge counting down to zero during the test...just no LED lighting up on the stim. All 7 other injector outputs light the stims LED's fine during test mode.
when using the stim to generate a regular RPM signal, injector "A" LED works exactly as expected.

Thank you everyone.
After further testing, I found my problem...
The J1 Ribbon connector on the 3x side had not pierced the pin one wire, instead it appears the pins that pierce the wire had bent over inside the connector.
Injector A is working great in test mode now!
