Tricking stock Ecu coil outputs when using MS3 as standalone
We put a Pro on a buggy, full Ecu control but shares sensors with the stock Ecu so it can control the canbus stuff to the dash and control the tranny. We get injector and coil cel. The stock injectors were put back on the stock harness, but what can we do about the coil cel? It's a cop setup with a 2 wire triggering. They ohm out at 1.5ohms. Is there a resistor we can use in place of the coil to make the stock Ecu happy again?

It really depends on the ECU. Best cases is that it just looks for 12 volts to signify that the coil has continuity, and would say everything was OK if you put a 1K resistor there. Worst case is that it's looking for an inductive flyback spike of several hundred volts to confirm the coil is working.
