Ford 302 MS3x batchfire

Post by darthmayndawg »

To save myself confusion I am posting this topic by avoiding looking through old posts.

302 V8 5.0
Fuel only
Four wires, two blue, two green
Bank 1 and Bank 2

I need to know which wires go to which injectors ?!?
I read someone say bank one is odd cylinder numbers or I might have read the odd firing order..
It's only four wires then i can do the ignition and post a success story on here ..thanks for looking

There is a wiring diagram on this DIY link. https://www.diyautotune.com/support/tec ... stang-5-0/
Find the Manuals up top under Quick links: Manuals. :RTFM:

that link itself says "it's one of the possible ways of wiring injectors" does that mean just that ?

Yup. Guys running full sequential will wire the injectors individually to their own outputs for example. Others that run pure batch fire with no alternate pulses between banks can wire any 4 injectors to either 2 outputs. Others might even wire the injectors semi-sequential with the injectors wired in pairs to 4 total outputs. There's definitely more than one way to do it but it depends entirely on your setup. The way listed on DIY's website is the best choice for your setup however.
