Won't power down when the main switch is turned off. Red w white trace wire is wired to battery, pin 35 on white connector is on switched 12 v. Everything off and the less in MS3 pro are still on.
Have to pull fuse on main power wire to ms3 to power down.

The ECU gets constant battery power on the middle plug. It's supposed to do that.

I I know that. But I have turned keyed power off and main power off.
Before the led would turn off.
Now it's on all the time, unless I pull main fuse for middle connector.

Make sure that no relays, solenoids or the like that are controlled by the ecu have 12v to them with the key in the off position. This is a common mistake and will back feed the ecu through output protection diodes.

This is pretty simple set up. Just cop.
Taking baby steps. Nitrous wiring is not hooked up. Just trying to be proactive...

If you unplug the constant power and then reconnect it, does the MS3Pro power back on or does it stay off?

If I remove the constant power. Then, reconnect constant, it powers back up. Even when key is off.
Ignition coils, ckp, cmp, tach, grounds. That's what I have hooked up so far.

Just to rule out a wiring issue, have you confirmed that pin 35 on the white connector is powering down?

Is ANYTHING else wired to the MS3Pro getting power with the key off?

I have tested pin 35 (red), keyed power is powering down. I have unplugged the coils and ckp and ckp sensors. Only thing left connected to ms3 is the constant power and the grounds on grey connector. Ms3 still has leds lit up. Unless I remove the grounds or the fuse for constant
