"Gas", like commercial gasoline, not propane, methane? So, why is your stoic now set at 11.5 for calculating "req_fuel"?

I encourage you to check spark timing on all cylinders. It doesn't have to be a super-accurate check, just looking for a gross error on any others.

93 octane gasoline. pump gas. (with 10% ethanol)

I turned the stoich up to try to compensate for the leaning out. That didn't work obviously, didn't switch it back to 14.7 yet.
Its stormy out today, probably be Monday before I get under the hood again.

Resist any more urges to fake settings like the stoic, req_fuel, dead-time, flow rate, etc. An engine can be made to run fine with faked settings, by compensating with other settings faked opposite; but those of us used to working with real engines/settings will have difficulty making sense out of what you post. Our efforts to help you will be crippled.

Note that the stoic for E10 is more like 14.2, not 14.7 And, I would expect 93 octane has pretty much the full 10% of ethanol in it.
