Launch control issue

The MS3 is not getting the "launch in" signal for some reason. I have it wired to the 12v input on a relay from the transbrake button i.e. it sees 12v when I hit the button. I have verified the wire is getting voltage (~10v measured and the transbrake works fine - common connection) and I've checked continuity from the connection on the relay to the gray harness plug. "Switched 12v in" is the input selected.
Tune attached. All the logs I have are over 1MB but reviewing them, the timing never pulls down.

EDIT: I'm a dumb ass. I had the hard limit set to 3,500 with a range of 200. Well, on the transbrake I'm only seeing 2,500 RPMs so it never got to the "limiter". I'm going to drop the hard limiter to 3,000 and increase the range to 500. Hopefully this will allow it to start building boost and allow the RPM's to come up higher than they are currently.
