Okay, update...

Replaced the transistor. Injector c is back, no more weird voltages. But it's still doing its running like crap. Works great in the street. No rich or lean spikes. Dead on fuel ratio, tons of power. On the highway however. Spits, coughs, can't even stay in the ballpark for fuel ratio. Leans out backfires through intake. Catches runs super rich, huge flame out the back. Then won't go above 2k. Immediately getting off the freeway it will still act like a brat. Backfires out intake and exhaust practically for a bit. Then it decides it's okay and runs great again.... Until the next freeway adventure....

Fuel pressure steady at 35psi
Timing good during events. So it's definitely a fuel thing.

Ideas?
