VSS1 = VSS2 up to 77kph
Hello,
I just noticed that VSS2 (relay on rear wheel ABS sensor wires) shows values equal to VSS1 (gearbox output) only if speed is less than 77kph.
Over 77kph VSS2 values start to decrease more the more the speed.
Is that a smoothing lag factor (50) issue, a frequency limitation or a relay issue?
Customer is 1000 miles away, so I can't personally test on the car...
Thanks

Post the MSQ, too.
Re: VSS1 = VSS2 up to 77kph
I used a 48t abs ring it used to drop out at about 75-80mph changed to use pt4 as the input as it can handle higher frequencys
1990 bmw 320i daily driver with m20b25 ms3 sequential fuel, 380cc injectors, d585 coil near plug, home made cam sync, launch control, fan control, vss, homebrew egt logging what's next????

Sorry, but isn't the PT4 a logic output? Thxgrom_e30 wrote:I used a 48t abs ring it used to drop out at about 75-80mph changed to use pt4 as the input as it can handle higher frequencys
