Writing in between watching the solar eclipse.
Engine been running fine on 8 psi actuator spring on my Chinese turbo.
Then I installed ball & spring boost control and after several data logging I finally see its the injectors turning on & off quickly like a rev limiter at 10psi +/-.
I removed the pressure hose to the actuator and made no difference. Seems below 9 psi they function fine.
Is there something in my tune? Or maybe my affordable FiveO injectors?

8psi.msl show RPM up to rev limiter--normal running condition.
no actuator hose.msl shows the AFR rapid bounce. ( I call it fuel injectors stop & starting)
