Info on trans brake,launch control install

Im new to all this and i am trying to get some wiring done on my turbo ls blazer. I have the ms3 ultimate and have everything hooked up just like in the manual.. HIGH current out going to solid state coil side, INput is Digital switch in 3. I got my ppp shifter so when button is pushed it is activating a relay coil because it puts out a 12v out put. so the relay completes circuit to ground on the digital switch in 3 but am not getting anything from the out to my relay. no ohms to ground or anything. Do i have to have truck running for this to work or am i missing something here? i can touch the wire on the solid state that needs to see ground from MS3 to ground and it triggers fine. i can also go to test HIGH CURRENT out and it works. My photo bucket is screwed so looking for new picture hosting site.

The truck needs to be running.
You can test the output without the engine running using the Test Modes.
