In the case of a hot engine the governor sticks from the TH700R4 transmission
New Governor Sonnax 730
Corvette 1978, transmission from 1992.
What can be the case of this.

The governor on a 700r4 is not electronically controlled. Only the converter clutch........
OR, did I misunderstand your question?

EDIT: 1992 would be the last year of for the 700r4/4L60...... If it is electronically controlled,it is more likely a 4L60E......
