ford 2.3t sometimes runs, sometimes pops

hello again.

i have been working on a friends 2.3turbo motor, in a triumph tr6.

it is a new motor, and a used ms3 he bought, and a new harness, and a bama fuel ms/ford harness adapter box

we had some issues with his crank sensor, but he changed it and now we get a clean rpm signal.

we tried to fire it up today, it would sometimes crank and fire up for a second or 2, but sometimes it will crank and explode out the exhaust.
we double checked cam timing, and double checked tdc timing with a piston stop, and its right on while cranking. and when it does fire up, timing advances as it should.

im just hoping someone can look at my tune and logs to see if there's something that would cause this.

in the logs, the afr is jumping around, and im not sure why, but thats an issue for another day.

Your VE, req_fuel, and cranking pulse are all low. It is probably just firing on the priming pulse and then starving for fuel.
