RB20DET Running On 4/6 Cylinders

Okay I'm really not sure how or why, but my engine appears, (pull the plugs on cyl 2 & 4 which are the last two of the cycle and don't see a change,) to be running on 4 cylinders. I'm really stumped, so here's my .msq and a screengrab of the cas output. I think the injectors are all firing because it's running rich, but I'm really just stumped on whatever is going on. Any help is appreciated!!

I might add that all the coils do fire in test mode, it's just when the engine is actually running 4 coils go even when all 6 injectors are going strong. No clue where to go for correcting this.

Are they wired correctly so they fire in the correct order? Have you tried cranking with coils and sparkplugs out to visually check for spark?

Have you confirmed, with a timing light or similar, that the two coils are never firing when the engine is running?

I've confirmed with a timing light and by unplugging the coils. I have it set up A-1 B-5 C-3 D-6 E-2 F-4. They both work in test mode and all 6 injectors fire. Is that how the composite logger should look though? or should there be spikes on the cam output for every single degree?

**SOLVED**

Even though they would spark it turned out those two coils were the problem. Replaced and we're firing on all 6!
