MS3-Pro Won't Load Tune Settings

Hey all,
I just installed the latest release firmware 1.5.1. I think things are working good with it for the most part, however I seem to be unable to burn a new tune into the ECU. I can input one change at a time while connected. But if I try to load a different file, or load new settings made while offline, it goes through the connection dialog, then pulls up a difference report, I can tell it to load computer settings and it will look normal for about 2 seconds then perform another difference report with the exact same needed change. Anyone else seeing this? Let me know what files to attach. Any help offered is super appreciated!

TunerStudio beta 3.0.50 by any chance? It is broken.
Use the non-beta version.

It is a beta, and the newest one, maybe .50. Glad to hear its just a bug in TS!

Turns out i had .50.06, it also wouldn't auto update. I forced it to update, it went to .50.08 and successfully loaded my tune and settings! All better!
