R66 is the pull-up resistor for the MS3X CMP input; maybe needed if the CMP sensor is Hall. It should have already been on the 3X board and is enabled by installing jumper JP7 on the board.

I wired in a Honeywell gt101 hall effect sensor this morning and I no longer have a hesitation at 1500 rpm. The cam pickup had to be changed from risiing to falling edge to keep the cam signal from falling on one of the crank signals. I suppose I have to check the timing now. The comp log has no sync errors. The idle is still quite rough. Any suggestions would be welcome.
