Old Style MAF Calibration
is the old style MAF calibration via inc file removed or still available somehow ?
Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
It's there, but greyed out for me. You can enable it under MAF Settings.

Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
This is not a TunerStudio question.
What firmware are you using and I'll move it to the correct support section.

Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
@Blown88GT: which TunerStudio version are you using ?
In 3.0.28 I don't have that option.
@James: FW 1.5.0, in my understanding this is TunerStudio related

Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
As a test, try this.
File -> Project -> Close Project.
The menus and stuff you see are "TunerStudio".
Now open a Project.
The new menus are defined or enabled by the firmware ini file.

Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
The old calibration curve was removed in October 2016 for pre-1.5 alpha 5.
It isn't very easy to find the details, but it is mentioned here:

Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
thank you James.
Is there a workaround to get it back, maybe by using custom.ini ?

Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
custom.ini only does things in TunerStudio. The lookup table lived inside the firmware.
Can you not use the standard 64 point MAF curve instead?

Re: Old Style MAF Calibration
I see.
Sure can I use the 64 point MAF curve.
The reason I like the old style calibration is my own MAF calibration analyzer
(still waiting for the Tuner Studio one) which ouputs a regression curve with 1024 points in inc file format.
It's much easier for me to send the whole file to the controller then compress it to 64 points
and paste it in the dialog.
But it seems I have to live with that.
