Clarify: are you saying the VSS log doesn't correlate to the time-slip (speed measured by track instruments)?

Under perfect pass traction control the maximum MPH is 200mph. Assuming the way it works if you go over 200mph it will go into reactions mode. My bike is consistently over 200mph

Generally driven wheel speed only traction control timed from launch is not really useful by 200mph, and needs to be "out of the way," at that point.
If you don't agree with this though, simply increase the last point to a value higher than 200. The maximum value I was able to enter in the 1.5.1 project I currently have open is 300. IE, up to 300 TS will "take" the number. Above 300 it is clamped to 300.
Are you seeing something different on your end?

Re: What happens when perfect pass is max'd at 200mph
As Wes says, the current firmware release (1.5.1) has "maxspeed" set to 300 in the ini file. It is only a soft limit though, if anyone needs more than 300mph or 480kph it takes seconds for me to edit that file.
EDIT: I checked on 1.4.1 and that had a soft limit of 200mph or 200kph.
