MS3PRO 1.5.1 Unstable idle RPM!
Hi, I need your help! I can not catch a stable idle speed, that I just did not do anything to help the revs to be stable 800-850rpm idle and it will then go up and down like a wave on the sea ( Video https://youtu.be/Jnp815QpJNg https://youtu.be/fEvHRcnxSIE https://youtu.be/j0P9ODNsaPA https://youtu.be/z1xXTUFfIzc

I'm no tuner but I've managed to get my car running OK. Here's my tips for what they're worth. I've looked at your ve table and it's all over the place. That being said, let's try to get your idle sorted. I highlighted the lower left ve cells from (on mine anyway) 600-1000rpm and 15-25kpa. I set all these cells to the same number to give me around 14-14.7 to 1 on my wideband. I set my ignition advance to 20deg for the same cells. This stabilised my idle. From there I could then start sorting out the rest of the table. Like I said. I don't know if this is the right way to go about it, but it worked for me.
Note: I had set my injector size, timing, and the basics etc. So make sure all your fundamental stuff is correct.

Here are the main things I see in the file.
1. The low VE numbers at idle look like injector dead time is set too high. Turning "Multiply MAP" on will also give you more resolution.
2. See if the engine likes a bit more timing at idle; 9 degrees is rather low.

Hello ! Thank you for helping! I created a new project from scratch and took your advice into account. Now everything works stably even the power curve of the has worked as it should. I rebuilt my motor and now it's about 500-600 HP , I should be happy as it pulls! Thank you!Matt Cramer wrote:Here are the main things I see in the file.
