Hi,
I am setting up my nitrous for my car. It’s a 3l v6 with twin 2871 .86 turbos, transbrake with auto. I have two solenoids. What I would like to be able to do is run the smaller solenoid as turbo spooler while on the transbrake to get it up on the two step instantly (run a tight converter, turbos love it). Then after letting go of the transbrake I would like to have the big solenoid engage either fully or pwm depending on how much the tyre can take.
Has anyone run this type of setup? I can’t be the only one?
Any help appreciated

Re: Nitrous setup questions
This sounds like a conventional two stage setup, unless you're switching the first one off.

Re: Nitrous setup questions
The “first stage” is only used to get up on the converter whilst on the transbrake.
So press and hold transnrake which is also nitrous in for that stage.
Nitrous comes on at 2500
Car revs and builds boost to 4500 and nitrous shuts off
Car bangs on two step at 4700
Release transbrake and launch
2nd stage nitrous comes on at 60ft or however early I can get it on pending track conditions. Stays on the whole pass.
Does this make sense?
