Help converting injector deadtime from ms to %

So i've been googleing for hours and just dont find any good conversion method or calculation to solve my problem.
I've got these numbers for my injectors and want them converted to % to put in tunerstudio
volt ms
8 2.77
10 1.91
12 1.41
14 1.17
16 1
18 0.85

Multiply by 100, if the base dead time is set to 1.0.

I think it would be better if we had deadtime tables in ms vs voltage like other ems have?
What if the base dead time is not 1.0? How to determine the base deadtime?

It actually was that way in MS3 originally, but customers persuaded me to change it back.

Surely you just choose your 100% dead time / voltage coordinate and reference the rest from this.
