Hi,
So this is a weird one. Had the engine running for maybe 6-10 hours over the course of a year while I tweaked it. Then want in storage for 2 years. Just got it back out and it won't rev above 2k. The MS main page says that it's common to have to use a 10-20k resistor on the VR sensor on Bosch (yes) 60-2 (yes) that loose sync above 2k (yes!). BUT.... this was never an issue before, I've had it up to 6k with no sync loss. Also I'm not seeing the same symptoms in the tooth logger ('dip'), instead I'm seeing a strange 'half' tooth in the composite logger? And nothing at all seems amiss in the tooth logger?
Could this possibly be related to the cam sensor (hall) rather than the VR? Or any other advice - especially if its just a quick 10k resistor.
I just find it kinda hard to think this engine suddenly developed this issue after coming out of storage. I've cleaned all the grounds and replaced most connectors. I can't think what else could have changed? I'm WAY out of touch with MS, having to learn all over again .
Thanks,
Anthony

The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 1 MiB.
Let me cut it down.... Apologies missed the "datalog" info.

Hope it's not against the rules but I used a file upload service because I can't work out when to cut the attached.

Re: Sync Loss at 2000 RPM - 10K Resistor fix?
Came back to the car (not nearby where I live) to get some more logging.
Managed to find a handful of 2.2k resistors and fudged them between -ve and +ve giving 8.8k.
Issue appears resolved. Haven't got time to throughly analyse further.
