No connection on Burton of r27

No connection on Burton of r27
When i was converting My ms2 v3.0 to wasted spark i found out there was no connection on buttom on r27, no ring to soldering on the motherboard? My question is there are buttom of r27 going, so i Can connect a wire direct to the point.

Check the schematics section of the manuals, at the bottom. I see it going to pin 9 of the processor.
