Help Setting Up MS3+MS3x

Hey guys, I spent all night assembling my new MS3 and then when I went to flash it I cannot get it to detect. I have all the details of the build here: http://www.miataturbo.net/build-threads ... ost1170481

I hope it is something simple that I missed. Otherwise I'm stuck.
