ms3x low z injector resistor placement question

Post by Razzys Wagon »

can you place a single resistor on the 12v feed side and then just return back to the ms3x like a high z injector would be? since it will be in sequential mode anyway, wouldn't the resistor only see load from 1 injector at a time? or do I need to put one resistor per injector?

i'm looking at this from a packaging stand point is why i'm asking.

might would make it easier to troubleshoot also....thinking out loud on this part though...

thanks for the input in advance!!

It needs to be one resistor per injector. Like this:

Even with sequential, more than one injector is on at many times. At high engine loads an injector will be open for much of the 720 deg. in a 4-stroke cycle.
