Re: Injection working but no fire, Test results added! again
files as requested.
When i was trying to start it up saw that my plugs are really soaked, and noticed that there was fuel coming out of the exhaust side of the engine. Overfuelling

Re: Injection working but no fire, Test results added! again
If there's fuel coming out of the exhaust, sounds like massive overfuelling? Check for an injector stuck open?

Ok ran a few more tests,
Re-done the injection test as per diyautotune.
Results are as follows:
U4
Pin 2 1.36v
Pin 4 1.36v
R14 continuity
R17 continuity
U4
Pin 7 0.56v when ground 0.03v
Pin 5 0.56v when ground 0.12v
Q1 0.56v
Q5 0.56v
R15 Ω 22.5
R20 Ω 22.4
Did notice that Q14 and Q15 the middle leg has continuity to ground

Just checking - you DID have the processor removed when doing this test, right?
I'm suspecting the U4 at this point.

Yes processor was removed.
Just retested with U4 removed, where pin 2 and 4 is I get 5.4v on pin 5 I get 0.9v and pin 7 I get 0.09v
Changed with 4 different U4s and get the same results.

U4
in socket
pin2 0.8v
pin4 0.8v
Out of socket
pin 2 5.34v
pin 4 5.34v
R14 and R17
continuity
u4 in
pin 7 0.02v
pin 4 0.15v
u4 out
pin 7 0.04v
pin 4 0.7v
Q1 and Q5 same voltage as in out
r15 22.4ohm
r20 22.3ohm
Q1 or Q5
has signal
pin 2 of the FET to the DB37
continuity on both fets
If the injector driver is stuck on, it could be same transistor, but it could also be the flyback circuit.
To find out which one it is, desolder D5 (for injector 1) or D7 (for injector 2). If the output is still stuck on, it's the transistor.
Transistors changed q15 q14
Center leg still grounding
D15 Still on
