What's the current draw of the MS2(V3)?

What's the current draw of the MS2(V3)?
I've got my MS2 V3 up & running - all looks good, everything seems to work as it should.
All sensor inputs are good - all outputs too.
I'm testing it with a JimStim.
I find the current draw is 0.77A (I am not driving any loads - just the stim board)
This current draw is greater than the 0.5A polyfuse on the JimStim, so the voltage drops out after a while.
Is this sort of current draw normal?

This seems high. I'm seeing 0.48A for the following:
1x JimStim
1x JimStimX (lit up)
1x MS3X/V357
2x Microsquirt module.

Disconnect the JimStim from the MS and check again. If the issue is on the MS board then you should have a much lower current draw. If you still have a high current draw then there is something on the JimStim.

The Stim takes about 60mA.
The MS2, with no tach input takes 200mA
The current ramps up to 770mA when the fuel injectors are at max pulsewidth. - but this does seem high, as I don't have a load on them (other than the Stim...)

To draw 570mA you would need to have the equivalent of 38 LEDs fully lit. There is definitely something else going on. But that's something that is really hard to diagnose remotely. You will need to inspect your input and output circuits.

Found it - really silly mistake - I left out R37 & R38.
so Q14 & 15 were taking the whole load, and were getting hot - probably toast - so I'll change them - they are cheap.
Unfortunately, my hand slipped, and I shorted out one of the BDM inputs to the jimstim, and toasted the jimstim cpu.
New parts on order.....
