ms1 old injector wires

I'm upgrading to a MS 3 and I was wonderingthe old wires on the MS 1 responsible for the batch fire injector wires.after installing the ms3x card which will have each individual injector wires.the two wires for the old injectors(8)batch fire are those used anymore and if not what does most people do with those two wiresjust cut him short and shrink tube the ends?and also as far as the old output wire for the coil since I'm going to be using coil near plug that way or gets cut off too?

The individual injector wires can be spliced to the injector.
Or obtain new pins to attach to the Ms3X harness.
The power wire can be used as is.
The same with the COP.

yes I know what you mean but I was just wondering about the injector wires in the ms1 harness. because the X card has all the injector wires for the 8 injectors

OK, understand now.
The MS1 wires are not used.
I would not cut them too short, they might be able to be used for some thing else.
Shrink wrap the ends would be ok.
