microsquirt module v2.2 confusion

microsquirt module v2.2 confusion
I got all my inputs and outputs written down, looked at the manual and some of the info is confusing like pe1 and pa0, one says that pa0 can be used for nitrous input pin, and pe1 is for table switching, and then it says the other way around. I am going to need little help. Let me see if I have everything assigned to the right pin.
aled pin is going straight to air shifter solenoid.
wled is connected to the radiator fan relay
adc2 is connected to a 5v 2.2k pull up resistor and connected to the switch that will ground the circuit and operate air shifter soloenoid.
adc1 is connected to a bap sensor.
flex is connected to 5v 2.2k pull up resistor and then to the clutch switch for launch control.
fidle will be connected to boost control solenoid........( do I need an external transistor?)
pa0 is connected to a 5v 2.2k pull up resistor and nitrous activation switch
pe1 left untouched
pt6 and pt7 will be connected to nitrous solenoids ( once again, will they be able to handle the current?)

What firmware are you using?
Whether the PT6 and PT7 outputs can handle the current will depend on what transistors you have wired them to - they should not be wired to a nitrous solenoid directly under any circumstances.

I am using 3.3.3 firmware. I don't have anything connected to them right now. What transistors should I use to drive the solenoids? and Does the rest of it look like it will work?

FLEX/PE0 and PE1 are the only two pins that can be used for Table Swap; PA0 has many options, but TS isn't one of them.
FLEX/PE0 has an on-board pull-up to Vcc as well as a 1k limiting (series) resistor; I would recommend adding a safety diode (band towards the switch). I would recommend the full going-low guard circuit for PA0 as it has NO protective components. If you choose to use PE1 for anything, it needs the same protective circuit.
FIdle can drive the Boost Solenoid as-is; no extra parts are needed.
Suggested transistors for the relay solenoids are 2N2222A, as shown in the MS2/V3.0 manual, in the Nitrous section. Be aware that the comment regarding the use of the IAC pins to drive the relays directly only applies to a boxed MS2 with its on-board stepper driver chip; a MicroSquirt Module has only bare processor pins at PT6/7, and - as Matt noted - must not be exposed to the great outdoors.

about to finish everything up, here's what I got so far.
Aled will be going straight to air shifter solenoid, the other side of air shifter solenoid will be going straight to 12v, no relay.
Wled will be grounding a relay to run on/off radiator fan.
Adc2 will be used as input for launch control, it will be connected to clutch switch which is grounded when the clutch is pressed.

So can the Fidle drive boost solenoid? This isn't cased microsquirt, it's a microsquirt module. I won't be driving any relays with fidle, just boost solenoid.
