fuel pump relay not working

fuel pump relay control in the megasquirt isn't working. i have tested the relay and pump all is ok i have identified that the megasquirt isn't switching to ground as it should for the fuel relay control. i did accidentally attach the positive and negative to the battery terminals incorrectly so i think this has caused the problem so if i have blown anything in the board what would it be and where would i find it

Go to the Manuals, look for the schematics, then pick the correct board type (V2.2, 3.0. 3.57). You will find the circuit with the components identified and a board layout.
