FIdle, IAC, Fuel Pump outputs not working

Hi,
I have the FIdle output not working, I wanted to use it for Fan output but ended up using InjE instead because the FIdle doesn't work...
Similar, I have a Mitsubishi Evo 8 Idle Valve (5 wire type), when i measure the impedance between the terminals, they all measure 50ohms or 63 ohms... And the Idle valve doesn't work when i test it from the ecu;
The Fuel Pump output doesn't switch the relay too...

Any ideas ?
