First, get it flashed with 3.3.3; the screen shots you posted are for B&G code.

With 3.3.3 my megastim will connect to tunerstudio and see changes. When I use a friends jimstim it won't connect.

Then something is wrong with your friend's JimStim.

Are you saying that it will not trigger the injector lights on the Stim in output test mode, even though it is communicating? Or is there a different problem?

Woll not triger lights on stim on test mode. Lights on ecu do difrent things on 3.3.3. As to 2.9. I sent you and email with a video. I cant attach vid to ms extra

What are d14 d15 d16 do they light up but make no sence

The function of D14, D15, and D16 will depend on your tune file.

If you click Enable Test mode and then Fuel Pump On, does the fuel pump LED light on the Stim?

And removing the CPU and grounding the pins on the socket WILL turn on the injector lights - is that correct?

This sounds like it may be a CPU issue. You can contact your kit seller directly by email to see if the daughter card is still under warranty.

We've traced it to a daughter card fault and replaced the card under warranty. New one shipping out today.
